Home Delivered
Meals
Private Pay Program
For home bound seniors and persons with disabilities of any age with the ability to pay for their meals. These are folks who cannot make their own meals, might be recuperating from an injury or hospital stay, or have other reasons where making meals has become a hardship. Home delivered meals are a terrific respite for care givers, too. One of the major benefits of home delivered meals are our volunteers who meet our clients face to face each weekday.
Cost
Ready To Heat and frozen meals are $7.50 each; optional add-on Light Meals are $3.00 each. Your monthly invoice depends on the delivery frequency and days in the month. Delivery is free.
Your Bill
We bill one month ahead on or about the 3rd of the month. For example, you would pay for November meals during the month of October. Meal counts are based on the service days in the month and may change month to month.
Payments
- Personal and business checks,
- Bank bill pay,
- Credit cards: VISA, Discover and Mastercard [with a 3% processing fee]
We require payment be made prior to the first day of the calendar month. Your check is your receipt.
Cancellations/Credits
To cancel an upcoming meal without charge, you're required to call the office before 9AM at least 2 business days prior. (A Monday cancelation requires a Thursday call, a Wednesday cancelation requires a Monday call, etc.) You will be credited for canceled meals on your next month’s invoice. You may request a long hold for vacations or hospital/rehab stays.
